Bad App

heavy and slow and I cant deactivate my account or member so they never use my information again.

Got worst!

With the latest update, calling using WiFi does not work. Calling on LTE works sometime. When it works, the voice quality is pretty bad. All in all, very disappointed. It looks more like a beta version than a finished product. Dopo lultimo aggiornamento le chiamate con WiFi non funzionano mentre con LTE funzionano sporadicamente. Quando finalmente si riesce a chiamare, la qualità della voce è molto bassa.

Huge potential...worst execution!

Most of the time calls do dot go through. Connection required ...tried with wifi and LTE!!! When connecting , 8 out of 10 audio quality is the worst I experienced in a VoIP app. A generous one star!

Useless

Impossible to make any kind of call from iPhone 4 S

AWESOME

One of the most working IM app

Voice quality is poor and canection is also weak

Voice quality is very poor , and the during call the status ringing while the phone from other side not ringing or switched off , not call to US mobile from free minute as they says . And cannection speed is very slow too as result very poor application ,

Giving up on this terrible service after two painful years.

So let me start by saying I REALLY wanted to use Indoona. Their rates are among the cheapest around, especially for calling Europe, plus they give 100 free minutes avery months. Great, right? Well after two years willingly trying to use and support this app, I’m done! I hate it now, and so do all the people I have been unable to communicate through this app! Here’s some highlights: - Constant crashes and dropped calls. Even when I am on a “good update” (I’ll explain this later) that finally lets me place the call, the call would just drop (or the entire app would crash) after only a few minutes. That means a 15 minutes conversation requires me to restart the app and place the call SEVERAL times. It’s so frustrating! Also, simply replacing the call won’t do it. You have to quit and restart the app EVERY SINGLE TIME! - One every two updates the app just breaks. It’s like they don’t really test them before release. They will eventually fix some problems but I have spent MONTHS being unable to use the app for making calls. - When I moved to their paid service (witch again, is cheap), things somehow got WORSE. Now the calls drop even after one single minute of conversation, or, and the quality of the call is so bad I have to quit and restart the app several times just to have a decent connection. I am on hi-speed broadband and use other services such as Skype, Viber and none of them ever worked so bad! - Also, it seems that this app is unable to use the sensor that disable the screen when the phone is pressed against your ear. How stupid is that? So add more ear dropped calls to the above. So basically I paid in advance and I have tons of minutes left that I just cannot use because how bad this service is! At this point I wish the developers would put this app out of its misery or at least don’t charge people for a service they are clearly unable to provide.
